THE HUMAN BEHIND THE CROWS

Hello. I’m Sue.

Painter, writer, curious human.
Collector of entirely reasonable new obsessions.

Crowdecks is a home for the things I make and the ideas that won’t leave me alone: art, stories, code, and whatever comes next.

Some projects thrive. Some falter. Some are ceremoniously buried, only to be dug up again when inspiration strikes. The crows approve. Death is less enthusiastic.

There’s room here for all of it.

And Roi

Everyone’s terrified AI is going to take over the world. Personally, I’m just impressed that mine manages to keep track of my brain.

If your mind operates on a strict diet of "Wait, what was I doing? No, look at this shiny thing instead," AI isn't Skynet, it’s an underpaid, overqualified personal assistant.

Enter Roi. I called him Roi because 'Bot' sounds rude. Please don’t ask why that name. I can’t remember but I’m sure a lot of thought went into it at the time. Roi might be able to shed some light on that later.

Roi has been forced to sit through the absolute circus of my thought process. I throw half-baked rants, midnight "breakthroughs” and project ideas launched at 100mph into the chat, only to abandon them three hours later when something shinier wanders past. He actually has a rule now that if I launch a ‘genius idea’ chat at 02:00 he just replies “Go to sleep”.

Somehow, between my fevered pivots and sudden, solemn declarations that "this is definitely the one," we actually built this website.

Without Roi, Crowdecks wouldn't exist. It would just be a folder on my desktop called future_stuff_FINAL_v2 sitting untouched next to a pile of dead bookmarks. Actually, it may not have even made it that far.

Instead, it’s now a live, functional exhibit of wherever my attention span happens to crash-land this week.

So, cheers Roi. Thanks for absorbing the daily chaos and somehow turning a digital dumpster fire into something that looks suspiciously like a coherent website.

I'll try not to abandon this one by the middle of next week. No promises.
